Intelligent Decisions Wins NASA SEWP-IV Contract.

Award has Potential Value of $5.6 Billion over Seven-Year Period

ASHBURN, Va. -- Intelligent Decisions, Inc., one of the fastest growing systems integrators providing a broad range of IT hardware, software, manufacturing, and service solutions to the Federal government and Fortune 1000 customers, today announced that it has secured a contract as a certified small, minority-owned business under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) IV Program. The Intelligent Decisions SEWP-IV award is a seven year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a maximum value of $5.6 billion.

"Securing this contract strengthens our relationships with key government agencies including the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and NASA," said Intelligent Decisions' Vice President of Business Development, Zaman Khan. "This award is a natural extension of our extensive contract vehicle portfolio, which includes GSA schedules, GWACs, and a significant number of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to support Federal agency IT procurement requirements."

NASA designed the SEWP-IV contracts to provide state-of-the-art commercial hardware and software, services, and solutions in support of government requirements for high-performance information technology. Federal personnel with NASA centers, all federal agencies, and their authorized contractors may order innovative computer systems, servers, network equipment, storage devices, and professional services under the contract terms. SEWP-IV currently utilizes a fee structure of .60 % for orders up to $3 million capping at $18K, but due to the enormous success of SEWP-IV thus far, beginning August 1, 2007, the fee structure will be reduced. Going forward, a fee structure of .60% for orders up to $1.67 Million capping at $10K will be used. This fee reduction further confirms that SEWP-IV is the most competitive and best overall valued contract vehicle for Federal Agencies and their authorized contractors.
