IntelliPay, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific WebWorks, Inc. (OTC BB:PWEB) today announced the release of several new payment products and system features, and noted recent customer acquisition news.

IntelliPay(TM) is a leading developer and provider of trusted, proprietary, high quality electronic transaction processing and payment products and services for Internet and other businesses. Thousands of businesses authorize, process and settle millions of dollars of credit card and other transaction through IntelliPay's various systems.

Advanced implementation and tools to control transactions using the card association's Address Verification System provides our clients with more dynamic, real-time control of some Fraud detection and response behaviors.

SmartPages(TM), a powerful new feature allowing our business clients complete control over the look and feel of the secure payment pages without the expense and liability of hosting their own secure servers. This feature can save our client thousands of dollars annually. It also gives them the risk-reducing option of whether to host secure payment data on their own site.

Our optional new XML "front end" allows enterprise-class clients to more easily integrate real-time payment data into their business systems using the robust Extensible Markup Language.

Remote Batch Management Services provides powerful tools to remotely manage today's "batch" of authorized transactions including voids and settlement commands for previously authorized transactions. These features are invaluable for more advanced businesses, store software tool developers, system integrators and shopping cart companies who are integrating IntelliPay payment systems into more complex business systems.

Additionally, an automatic partial reversal is now available allowing settlement of transactions for a different amount than the original authorization. This is especially useful for businesses with delayed fulfillment or partial shipments.
