The management transition since Mr. Mandelbaum's sudden passing has been orderly and the Company is positioned to pursue its growth strategy. The Company continues to maintain a solid balance sheet and is carefully managing its cash expenditures.

In response to the recent activity in the Company's stock, Jeff Levy Jeff Levy is a long-time radio talk show host in the Los Angeles Radio Market, specializing in computers and technology. In 1995 he started hosting Jeff Levy “On Computers” at Los Angeles radio station, KFI. , Intelli-Check's Interim Chairman stated, "Other than the untimely death of Mr. Mandelbaum, we are not aware of any basis for the loss of investor confidence or a decline in our stock price. The Intelli-Check Board and management team are committed to building upon Mr. Mandelbaum's vision and we are dedicated to the goal of attaining profitability."
