INTELLI-CHECK, INC. (AMEX:IDN), the acknowledged leader in advanced document and age verification systems and the developer of proprietary ID-CHECK (R)technology, today announced the results of its 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held yesterday at the American Stock Exchange in New York City.

Two members of the company's Board of Directors were re-elected by shareholders attending the meeting and those voting by proxy. Jeffrey Levy, president and chief executive officer of LeaseLine, Inc., a third-party equipment leasing company, and Howard Davis, a member of The Shemano Group, an investment banking firm, were re-elected by an overwhelming majority.

Shareholders also approved the company's 2003 Stock Option Plan and ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton, LLP as the company's independent auditors for the 2003 fiscal year.

Frank Mandelbaum, chairman and chief executive officer of Intelli-Check, and other company executives updated shareholders on the company's current sales initiatives and enhancements to its technology and also welcomed representatives from Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) and Ultra-Scan Corporation. NGMS presented a live demonstration and discussed how its I2P2 technology has been integrated with Intelli-Check's patented ID-CHECK technology, while Ultra-Scan discussed the value of adding Intelli-Check's technology to its biometric solution. The demonstration and discussion underscored the strength of Intelli-Check's proprietary technology, the quality of the company's strategic partners, and the progress the company has made toward its long-term strategy.
