InteliSys Enters Rapidly Growing African Low Fare Airline Market.

SHEDIAC, New Brunswick -- InteliSys Aviation Systems of America Inc. (OTCBB:IYSA) announced today the signing of a key, multi-year contract with AirService Holdings for the delivery of InteliSys' "amelia RES" Airline Reservation and Distribution System. AirService will launch scheduled passenger service by October 2004 in the emerging regional and low-fare market in Gabon, Central Africa.

InteliSys is providing AirService with its comprehensive reservation management and distribution system, complete with web booking capabilities and integrated e-commerce processing. AirService will also use the InteliSys "amelia GDS" product to integrate its closed distribution model with distribution to travel agents and other flight booking tools which use the Global Distribution System.

AirService's team have completed their training on the amelia system and will be announcing the launch date of their service shortly.
