InteliSys Closes First Deal for Its Integrated Airline Revenue and Yield Management System Only Weeks after Announcing Its Availability.

SHEDIAC, New Brunswick -- InteliSys Aviation Systems of America (OTCBB: IYSA) announced today that it has secured the first sale of "amelia RM" an integrated revenue and yield management system. "amelia RM" is the newest addition to the "amelia" integrated suite of aviation management systems. "amelia RM" works in conjunction with InteliSys' proprietary airline reservation and flight operations systems, marketed under the trade names "amelia RES" and "amelia OPS" respectively.

On July 1, 2004, InteliSys entered into partnership with Sherpa Decision Systems Incorporated (SDSI), from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The decision to do so was based on market demand and due diligence carried out on SDSI's systems. The partnership allows InteliSys to integrate SDSI's systems with the "amelia" suite, host the system from the InteliSys data centre and to brand the product "amelia RM" for a seamless integration.

The system was acquired as one of the modules selected by Jazeera Airways as part of its purchase of the "amelia RES" system. Kuwait-based Jazeera Airways is the Gulf's second Low Fare Airline, and InteliSys' second client in the Gulf. The agreement with Jazeera Airways was signed on July 28, 2004.

When asked about the impact this would have on the InteliSys product offering, Eisenschmid added, "We remain committed to constantly expanding the "amelia" suite's functionality base. Through partnerships like this, we can deliver a unique value proposition to our clients. We are finding that airlines are fed up with the cost and burden associated with having to manually synchronize and update their disparate silo's of data. This is especially true among newer, Low Fare, start-up airlines." Eisenschmid continued, "We have the advantage of deploying our systems on current technology platforms. This provides us with ability to seamlessly integrate with other like-architectured systems with relative ease. In other words, our clients reap the benefits of an open-architecture environment."

InteliSys is optimistic about amelia RM's adoption among new and existing clients. The integrated amelia RM product will be showcased to all existing clients at InteliSys upcoming User Group Conference starting September 8, 2004. Initial projections indicate sales of amelia RM may potentially generate up to $1,000,000 per year in incremental revenues over the next three years, based on InteliSys' current growth.
