See real time system and embedded Linux. , pATMIC includes a complete set of software modules for ATM, circuit emulation, frame relay, DXI and SMDS-DXI for the Motorola QUICC (MC68360) and PowerQUICC family of integrated communication processors. pATMIC provides a turn-key solution for low-speed ATM access (T1/E1) and related internetworking protocol support. It also simplifies entry into ATM by providing standard hardware solutions, and simplifies the design process by virtually implementing the entire system with a microprocessor chip and pSOSystem software.
