Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (ISSI), (OTCBB:IZZI) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site, Inc., has been selected to install its Intelli-Site(R) software product at the PEMEX government-owned petroleum company in Ciudad de Carmen, Mexico.

The Intelli-Site(R) installation will comprise numerous advanced driver, database and functional capabilities for centralized control and monitoring of Door Control, Closed-Circuit Television, Fire, Perimeter Fencing and Digital Video Recording security-related systems. The integration of this project has been awarded to Prodar SA DE CV out of Ciudad Madero, Mexico. Prodar is a very strong Intelli-Site partner in Mexico, aggressively pursuing this market that has recently been infused with capital for new security projects. This is the third project, with more to come, on which Prodar has teamed with Intelli-Site; the others being the Port of Altimira and a PEMEX facility at Madapionche of Vera Cruz.

Eduardo Delangel, Engineering and Projects Manager of Prodar SA DE CV said, "Intelli-Site(R) will be used to integrate the many sub-systems at the ten PEMEX facilities on the island of Ciudad de Carmen. The project includes the additional feature of recording video on a digital video recorder that will be transmitted via wireless connection to also transmit the information to and from the various security devices to a master control room in order to allow personnel and vehicles to enter. This is the largest security update undertaken by PEMEX to date and we are pleased to have joined with Intelli-Site, once again, to meet the very complex software needs of this project. The project will handle around 300 cameras, 250 access control MIFARE readers, more than 20 kms taut wire with sensors, 20 Digital Video Recorders, 10 matrix video switchers, 20 X-ray devices, 40 Metal Detectors and interface with SAP."
