PROGNOSIS BASE24 Application Manager centrally monitors ACI's BASE24(R) application. It allows users to optimize ATM and POS processing efficiency and throughput by identifying problems before they seriously impact end-users or customers. BASE24 Application Manager provides in-depth information about critical BASE24 components such as overall transaction throughput, system load, abnormal stations, queues and communication line status.

PROGNOSIS BASE24-atm Log Manager delivers key operational metrics such as the number and percentage of transactions received, approved or rejected, and the number and percentage of timeout transactions. It also measures response time between interchange, switch and host, providing details that previously were not readily obtained.

PROGNOSIS BASE24-atm Status Manager provides key business metrics such as the number and amount of payments and deposits, ATM status and location, city, state and phone details. In addition, it provides valuable summary information by interchange, switch and FIID, transaction type, response code, ATM ID and many more.

PROGNOSIS BASE24-pos Log Manager monitors and manages key components in POS environments, providing users with in-depth information about customer service levels and customer usage behavior.
