) a Texas-based, publicly owned holding company, today announced that its subsidiary VoIUM Technologies Ltd ("VoIUM") has acquired a 30% stake in Global Network Unlimited Pte Ltd ("Global"), a two-year-old Software Development and E-Commerce gem. The agreement also allows VoIUM to purchase a further 21% to make Global a subsidiary of VoIUM in view of a possible listing on a European stock exchange.

"Global is seen as a key component within its arsenal of weapons to launch itself more aggressively into the Asian market especially Greater China and beyond. With VoIUM's wireless services taking off with partners like Singapore Telecoms and Standard & Poor's, Global can help propel VoIUM into the region in a most synergistic way," said Mr. Benjamin Ng, VoIUM's Managing Director.

Mr. Ronald Allen, Chairman of Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. ("IPS") said, "We see the clear advantage of having the two entities work together and boost the bottom-line. VoIUM and Global will be able to compete more efficiently as well as leverage off each other's strength in Asia." Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. will now have a direct link into the lucrative Asian markets because of its stake in VoIUM Technologies Ltd., which was acquired in April 2003, reflecting IPS' aggressive expansion into the global market.

"We are optimistic that Global can reach revenues beyond 2 million U.S. Dollars in 3 years. We have a proven track record and have sustained such a stellar performance during the toughest of economic circumstances such as SARS and the economic downturn. Our clientele includes Pfizer Asia Pacific, Khong Guan guan: see curassow. , Raffles Marina and Hooters This article is about the two restaurant chains collectively using the shared Hooters brand. As testimony to its excellent track record, Mr. C.S. Chua, CEO of Owling Enterprise Pte Ltd (owners of Hooters Asia) said, "Global has been engaged to provide IT implementation for Hooters Singapore. They have carried out their work with great skill and professionalism and I would like to commend them for a job well done. We are definitely looking forward to working with Global in our expansion plans throughout the whole of Asia!" Headquartered in Singapore, Owling Enterprise has established Hooters outlets in Singapore, Taiwan, and China.

VoIUM's push into China with long time partners like Henderson China Ltd (a subsidiary of Henderson Land Ltd) should see the company grow quickly in terms of both revenue and profits.

Both VoIUM and Global are planning a pipeline of projects and products for 2004 to be launched with major players in the regional arena. Having this tie-up, both Mr. Ng and Mr. Chia sense a powerful convergence of wireless and wired bringing the ultimate solution provider to customers who are looking for Looking for
