TwinTurbo accelerators now available in all leading MacOS-compatible

computers designed for graphics professionals

Partnering with yet another MacOS-compatible giant, Integrated Micro Solutions is now shipping award winning TwinTurbo accelerators for inclusion with new Motorola(r) StarMax(tm) 5000/300 systems.

The new relationship makes unanimous the incorporation of TwinTurbo accelerators by leading MacOS-compatible system manufacturers, Apple, Power Computing Not to be confused with the extant computer hardware company also called Power Computing.

Based on the PowerPC 603e chip, the StarMax(tm) 5000/300 system includes 512K L2 cache, MacOS 7.6, a 16x CD-ROM drive, 5 PCI slots, a 4.3 GB drive, 10BaseT Ethernet, 8MB VRAM, a 100MB Iomega Zip drive The Zip drive is a medium-capacity removable disk storage system, introduced by Iomega in late 1994. Originally it had a capacity of 100 MB, but later versions increased this to first 250 MB and then 750 MB. , and software utility packages, in addition to the TwinTurbo 128M8 graphics accelerator card.
