Integrated Media Management Announces TotaleReceipts 5.0; New Version Will Further Improve Workflow, Security.

LINDEN, N.J. -- Integrated Media Management (IMM), an output management and document automation technology provider, has announced the release of version 5.0 of TotaleReceipts its receipt output and signature capture program. TotaleReceipts is part of IMM's suite of software for document output and signature capture, TotaleWorks, which includes TotaleAtlas and TotaleChecks.

TotaleReceipts eliminates the need for pre-printed paper receipts as well as manual scanning and indexing or storing and retrieving by automating the output of teller transaction receipts. After posting a transaction the member's receipt can be printed on either blank thermal paper or laser paper. Signatures are applied and submitted and the documents are stored as non-editable, indexed PDFs.

TotaleReceipts 5.0 contains many enhancements from the previous version. The 5.0 version gives credit unions the option of printing receipts in a landscape or portrait format, which provides a larger print area when required. It also allows both sides of a deposit, withdrawal or check to be scanned with the QwikScan option, cutting the number of scans in half. TotaleReceipts 5.0 will now allow a teller to minimize TotaleReceipts on screen so they can accommodate multiple customer transactions.

TotaleReceipts 5.0 gives the credit union the ability to mask or partially mask the member number on the printed receipt in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act.

Other innovations in the new version include: an auto-update feature that allows for new builds to load quickly, a signature pad hot spot display; ability to default to printing a logo; ability to set all workstations centrally to print up to two copies of receipts and teller end-of-day reports are displayed as an HTML report.

The TotaleWorks suite of software improves the transaction process by electronically streamlining what has historically been a paper-based system. Financial institutions are able to leverage their existing technology and reduce operation costs through improved workflow, document presentment, embedded electronic signature capture and secure document delivery.
