In 2008, Goldsby was appointed to a mid-term Director's position on the Chamber Board, and also served in an Ex Officio capacity during his term as President of the Board of Directors for the Chamber's Small Business Resource Center in 2009. Goldsby also served in 2009 as Committee Chairman of the Chamber's Information Technology Task Force.
