Suh has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Dr. Suh's appointment to the Board is expected to receive shareholder approval in November. Dr. Suh is the head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Director of the Manufacturing Institute at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Massachusetts Institute of Technology, at Cambridge; coeducational; chartered 1861, opened 1865 in Boston, moved 1916.
