) today announced an agreement with Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut ("RMA (RealMedia Architecture) See RealMedia.  of CT") a Norwalk, CT based fertility center, to offer the IntegraMed Shared Risk(TM) Refund Program to the Connecticut market.

In addition, the Center has the right to access a full portfolio of other products and services that the Company makes available to its growing network of affiliated fertility centers.
