In his new role, Daubner will oversee management of the Columbus office and directly manage the lodging and multifamily practice therein. Daubner brings more than 10 years of valuation and real estate analysis experience to his new position. He was formerly principal of Integra Realty Resources Pittsburgh office, where he focused on investment grade income producing properties. He has developed a particular expertise in hospitality consulting, including valuations for acquisition and disposition, financing and assessment appeals, along with market studies and feasibility studies The analysis of a problem to determine if it can be solved effectively. The operational (will it work?), economical (costs and benefits) and technical (can it be built?) aspects are part of the study. Results of the study determine whether the solution should be implemented. for both full-service and limited-service properties. He has also acted as an appraiser A person selected or appointed by a competent authority or an interested party to evaluate the financial worth of property. Appraisers are frequently appointed in probate and condemnation proceedings and are also used by banks and real estate concerns to determine the market or consultant in numerous assessment cases, and has appeared as an expert witness before county assessment boards. Daubner holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and received his MAI in 2003. He is also a Certified General Appraiser in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
