Intasys initiates Internet billing software line and appoints director of international development and on-line services.


MISSISSAUGE, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1996--Intasys Corp., ("Intasys" or the "Company") announces the introduction of Intasys ON-LINE, the Company's new on-line (Internet) billing and management services division, and the engagement of Michael Weston as director of corporate development and on-line services.

Weston has extensive international management experience in both information technology and telecommunication, and has been full time consultant to the Company since March, 1996.
