InsynQ, Inc. (OTCBB:ISNQ), a pioneer within the Internet Utility Industry, has signed a licensing and distribution agreement with ITHQ, Inc., a Newport Beach, California business that is developing information technology solutions for the broker/dealer industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, ITHQ will offer vertically-oriented information services using InsynQ's application infrastructure, management, and hosting solutions.

The introductory ITHQ solution will consist of InsynQ's managed virtual desktop, Microsoft(R) Office productivity applications, and real-time investment tracking information services. Users will be able to monitor client investment portfolios, process and share documents, and access their data and applications from virtually anywhere in the world.
