DeRoyal's ScrubSafe[TM] is a medical-grade, plastic passing tray designed to facilitate hands-free transfer and passing of scalpels and other commonly used sharp instruments during surgical or invasive procedures Invasive procedure may refer to:

The versatile design of the bright yellow ScrubSafe allows it to be used on one side to contain scalpels, drain trocars, K-wires, Steinman pins, skin hooks, and Cats Paw retractors; special sloping sides guide and capture instruments in a position that allows only safe grasping to occur. When the tray is turned over, recesses on the bottom accommodate the safe passing and picking up of curved suture suture /su·ture/ (soo´cher)
