The committee, which will monitor the entire course, also decided to include real case studies from successful companies in each module.

In the first module, Integrity in the Exercise of Leadership, participants will discuss the role of the leader, as well as values, company and society as units that cannot be divided. The module also will address turning a real culture into the ideal culture.

The Leader as a Promoter of Change, the title of the second module, refers to the implementation of new processes within the company.

The third module has been designed to define the Strategic and Operational Planning of a Company, followed by a step-by-step guide explaining How to Develop a Strong Culture of Values. The fifth module will address the Total Alignment of the Culture in the Company.
