Instill Corporation Expands Supply Chain Management Services Agreement with Delaware North Companies.

Instill(R) Corp., a leading provider of supply chain solutions for the foodservice industry, announced today that it is expanding its relationship with Delaware North Companies, Inc. (DNC), one of the world's leading hospitality and foodservice providers.

DNC has been using Instill's Data & Analysis(SM) solution to improve negotiations with vendors and to maximize incentive collections since they became a customer in 1998. Instill's Data & Analysis solution aggregates and analyzes system-wide purchase data so that DNC can use this visibility to improve food quality and reduce food costs.

In addition to the Data & Analysis modules already in use at DNC, the new agreement expands the relationship to include the Invoice Viewer module. As part of their due diligence, DNC explored other options across a variety of functions and services. With this new module, DNC expects to further increase food cost savings through improved operational efficiencies and better auditing capabilities. Invoice Viewer enables users to automatically generate invoice level reports on system-wide purchases. This module will replace DNC's current process of manually reviewing invoices. It allows an easily accessible view of invoices to ensure proper calculations on contracted programs. "We will finally achieve the desktop auditing efficiencies that we've wanted for years.
