Instant Software Hires Industry Leader Linda Hess.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Instant Software, the Florida-based technology firm that provides reservation management systems for the vacation rental industry, announces the appointment of Linda Hess to the position of regional manager of the company's Client Relationship Management Team.

Ms. Hess will be the regional manager for North and South Carolina as well as Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and the Northeast. Linda has been a vacation rental manager since 1992 and has served on many industry boards. Hess, a member of Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) since 1996, recently retired from a three-year term on the board. She was the president of North Carolina VRMA from 2002-2005 and is also the immediate past president of The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS(R). Hess is also a member of the NAR Resorts and Second Home Committee and presently serves as a director of the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Hess will be based out of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.
