DemoShield 6.0 offers a completely redesigned user interface and major new features such as the Distribution Wizard(TM), that simplifies the demo packaging process with multiple demo distribution options. DemoShield 6.0 also provides a point-and-click design environment with pre-formatted multimedia templates offering software vendors an easy way to create software-specific demonstrations, pre-sales demos, and CD browsers.

"I have extensively tested DemoShield 6.0 with phenomenal success," said Jason Nieckar, resource programmer (1) A hardware device used to customize a programmable logic chip such as a PAL, GAL, EPROM, etc. See PROM programmer.

All-New User Interface Leads List of New Features

DemoShield 6.0 includes an all new user interface that provides a familiar, industry-standard InstallShield(R) interface for easier, more streamlined demo-creation. Some features of the new interface include: -0-

-- Multiple selection allows objects to be dragged and dropped
to other scenes in the tree view making copying and moving
demo elements between scenes quicker and easier.

-- Tree view of scenes and objects replaces the scene editor in
          previous versions of DemoShield.

-- New text formatting toolbar that includes font, size,
alignment, color, bold, underline and italic. Font
attributes can be instantly changed without opening any
          separate windows or editors.

DemoShield 6.0 offers additional capabilities and features such
as:

-- Printing Capabilities - Demo scenes can be printed in
thumbnail size for presentation handouts or print the
properties of the objects in scenes to keep track of
attributes used in various demo elements.

-- Project File - Contains full directory paths to all
resources imported by reference and DAT files. When
packaging the demo for distribution, DemoShield
automatically knows where to acquire all DemoShield
demo-related files and which of them will be referenced when
opening demos, saving demos and creating a demo for
          distribution.

-- Quick Link Wizard(TM) - The step-by-step wizard walks the
user through the process of creating email, web or FTP links
in the demo, which launches the default email editor, a web
site URL or FTP locations. The wizard helps the user to
easily connect demos to online media for additional
          communication with the target audience.

     -- Quick Start Documentation - DemoShield 6.0 offers a
printed/online guide to creating a complete demo in minutes.
It covers the basics using the template theme demos included
          in DemoShield.
