My college professors Dr. David Wendelken and Flip Deluca both challenged me in the area of journalism, and pushed me to ask the right questions. And one of the toughest people I've ever worked for, Suzanne Harper, made me appreciate what the quest for Verb 1. quest for - go in search of or hunt for; "pursue a hobby"

Inspiration can occur around you--although it's nice to see old colleagues at events like Congress, make sure you are opening your eyes to those that inspire, support, push or challenge you on a daily basis.
