Insignia to manage 600 Third Ave.


Following a highly competitive contest among major New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 real estate firms to manage 600 Third Ave., Insignia/ESG's Property Management Group has emerged the winner.

Insignia's Gregg Popkin, executive director, will lead the new management team to consist of Wayne Taub, Kathleen Murphy, and Dennis Sherry.

Ground floor retailers are Au Bon Pain Au Bon Pain (French: At the Place with the Good Bread) is a fast-casual bakery/cafe chain headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
