 the findings of a recent analysis of all completed office transactions 25,000 SF and greater in 2001 in the commercial real estate market in New Jersey, Insignia/ESG, Inc. has ranked as the number one real estate brokerage firm in New Jersey in 2001.

Based on the criteria of the analysis, Insignia/ESG consummated transactions in the office market totaling nearly 4.5 million SF in 2001, which was more than 600,000 SF higher than the closest competitor. In fact, Insignia/ESG registered a 19.2% market share in New Jersey, several percentage points higher than the second place firm and more than 10% higher than all other competing firms in the study. Insignia/ESG employs in excess of 70 professionals in three offices in New Jersey (Saddle Brook, East Brunswick and Princeton) and is recognized nationally as the pre-eminent real estate services company in the commercial real estate industry. In addition, Commercial Property News ranked Insignia/ESG nationally in 2002 as the. most powerful brokerage firm in the U.S.
