Insignia named Management Company of the Year by ABO.

Insignia Residential Group has been honored by the Association of Building Owners and Managers as Management Company of the Year for 2002. The prestigious honor recognizes excellence in client service, performance, and industry leadership.

Responsible for control of more than 60,000 apartment units throughout the New York metropolitan area, Insignia Residential Group has been awarded the managing agent contract for properties such as Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village, two of the most popular rental communities in Manhattan with more than 11,000 units combined. The firm has also long served as managing agent for such properties as Lincoln Towers, Kips Bay, and Worldwide Plaza.
