Known for providing a nation-wide mobile communications system.  for $1.8 million.

Nicoletti and Steve Clancy, a managing director at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented the seller, 135 Forbes Boulevard Trust. Gary McCourt of Dallas, TX-based Staubach Group represented NEXTEL Communications in the transaction.
