Insignia/ESG of New Jersey ends year with four awards. (New Jersey).

In 2002, Insignia/ESG, Inc. was recognized by the region's leading landlords and industry associations though four professional service awards.

Reckson Associates' New Jersey 2002 Deal of the Year Award for the 123,000 SF lease consummated by Insignia/ESG on behalf of Dun & Bradstreet at 103 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, N.J. The team of Robert Rudin, executive managing director; Jon Sarkisian, senior managing director; and Sam Buckley, managing director, represented D&B in the transaction.

Mack-Cali recognized Jeff Babikian, senior managing director of Insignia/ ESG, as its "Broker of the Year" for several sizable transactions, including a 75,000 SF lease on behalf of KPMG, LLP at 150 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, N.J. and a 38,000 SF lease on behalf of BMW North America, Inc. at 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, N.J.

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties presented Insignia/ESG with the 2002 "Creative Deal of the Year" award. Insignia/ESG won this prestigious award for consummating a long-term net lease of the Legal Center located at One Riverfront Plaza in Newark, N.J. to Matrix Development Group on behalf of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The team of director Lynn DeMarco and vice chairperson Robert Alexander were responsible for representing the Port Authority.

The Gale Company recognized Marc Trevisan, senior managing director, and David Sherman, executive managing director, as part of its 2002 Brokers of the Year for a 42,687 SF lease on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service at One Newark Center in Newark, N.J.
