Insignia/ESG named leasing agent of Trinity Centre.


Capital Properties has acquired the architecturally distinctive two-building landmark at 111/115 Broadway, in the heart of Manhattan's financial district, for $130 million. The buildings, whose combined square footage totals 912,000 SF, will be re-named Trinity Centre.
