, executive director in charge of New Jersey Operations, Insignia/ESG, Inc., a leading worldwide commercial real estate services firm, announced that the firm will be the exclusive licensing agent for Regus, the global outsourced offices leader, in New Jersey. Currently, Insignia/ESG is marketing Regus' Bridgewater and Princeton projects The Princeton Project on National Security is a multi-year, bipartisan initiative to develop a sustainable and effective national security strategy for the United States of America. Under the stewardship of honorary co-chairs George P.  and future Regus sites as the Company expands throughout the state.

The Insignia/ESG team of Ray Sohmer, executive director and Head of Insignia/ESG's Central New Jersey office; Sam Buckley, managing director; Ward Greer, director; Thomas Romano, managing director; and Patricia Riedel, associate, are spearheading the licensing campaign.

On behalf of Regus, Insignia/ESG, will be marketing 39,000 SF at Bridgewater Crossing in Bridgewater, N.J., and at 100 Overlook Center in Princeton, N.J., the firm is marketing 39,000 SF.
