Insignia/ESG named agent for Regus space.

Patrick Murphy, executive director in charge of New Jersey Operations, Insignia/ESG, Inc., a leading worldwide commercial real estate services firm, announced that the firm will be the exclusive licensing agent for Regus, the global outsourced offices leader, in New Jersey. Currently, Insignia/ESG is marketing Regus' Bridgewater and Princeton projects and future Regus sites as the Company expands throughout the state.

The Insignia/ESG team of Ray Sohmer, executive director and Head of Insignia/ESG's Central New Jersey office; Sam Buckley, managing director; Ward Greer, director; Thomas Romano, managing director; and Patricia Riedel, associate, are spearheading the licensing campaign.

On behalf of Regus, Insignia/ESG, will be marketing 39,000 SF at Bridgewater Crossing in Bridgewater, N.J., and at 100 Overlook Center in Princeton, N.J., the firm is marketing 39,000 SF. In contrast to typical leasing assignments, Insignia/ESG will offer the unique flexible terms and contingency space plan benefits offered by Regus, which are not offered in conventional arrangements.
