Laidley has held VP-level engineering roles in high-tech software companies since 1993, most recently as Vice President of Technology for Qpass, Inc. in Seattle. At Qpass, he was responsible for rapidly creating and implementing tightly integrated product development, quality, and delivery processes to re-architect and launch the company's product line.
