InsightExpress Expands Customer Service Team; Appointments Reflect Company's Strong Commitment to Client Service.


STAMFORD, Conn. -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today two new appointments within its Customer Service team. Meredith Klein-Hertzel has been promoted to Project Manager and Natalia Tomasio has joined the company as a Customer Service Representative. Both appointments are effective immediately.

The Customer Service organization at InsightExpress, led by Dave Kmetz, is a team of proactive problem-solvers, dedicated to guiding clients through the research process and resolving any inquiries that may arise. Experts in the company's state-of-the-art research technology, they provide knowledgeable support in order to ensure high-quality results and an enjoyable, successful research experience.

Meredith Klein-Hertzel: Project Manager

Klein-Hertzel joined InsightExpress as a Customer Service Representative in July of 2005. Since then, she has demonstrated excellent customer service skills and built strong relationships with numerous clients. She has handled support for many high profile and strategic accounts, and has been a key player on a number of special projects.

In her new role as Project Manager, Klein-Hertzel will act as a project point person, fielding all post-sale inquiries from clients. She will be responsible for managing the research execution process, from survey creation, to field management, to results availability. Additionally, she will help clients interpret data from frequency charts, cross-tabs, and other online tools.

Previously, Klein-Hertzel was employed as the Assistant Manager of Racquet Sports at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA. She graduated summa cum laude from Landmark College in Vermont with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts, and most recently attended Bentley College where her emphasis was Information Design and Corporate Communications. Klein-Hertzel currently resides in Weston, CT.

Natalia Tomasio: Customer Service Representative

Tomasio joins InsightExpress from Moffly Publications in Westport, CT, where she most recently held the position of Sales and Traffic Coordinator. In this role, she worked closely with clients to achieve their design goals, acting as a liaison between clients and in-house art departments. Throughout her tenure at Moffly, Tomasio established and developed strong relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies, while also demonstrating solid customer service skills. She has held several other positions in the publishing industry, including Production Coordinator at Primedia Business Magazines in Stamford, and Editorial Assistant at Greenwood Publishing Group, Inc. in Westport.

A resident of Norwalk, CT, Tomasio holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA.
