Insane Clown Posse Hit the Streets to Promote New Album;

Visit Haunted Houses

The eccentric and mysterious rap group Insane Clown Posse have just finished their latest album titled "The Wraith: Shangri-La." The album will hit record stores on November 5th through their own label, Psychopathic Records. With the music kept under lock and key, ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope hold the most anticipated album of the year. The first single off the album, "Homiez," has received remarkable feedback from radio thus far.

Having just completed the third annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" in Peoria, Illinois on July 19th-21st, ICP enjoyed their largest turnout yet and easily proved their fan base is on the rise. With concert appearances by Mack 10, Bubba Sparxxx, Twiztid and other artists from the Psychopathic roster, the three day event was a modern day Woodstock complete with seminars, tattoo parlors, wrestling matches, autograph signings and face painting.

To further promote their new album, ICP will take to the road for a series of haunted house appearances; they will also be available for interviews at each location (see below for a list of participating cities). Also, look out for an Insane Clown Posse tradition -- the ninth annual Hallowicked. This year, the event will be held at the Royal Oak Theater in downtown Royal Oak, Michigan. The new single, "Homiez" is going for radio adds now and a video shoot is just around the corner. Another single, "The Bridge," will soon be going for adds at all AOR rock stations. Look for Insane Clown Posse on "The Howard Stern Show" in November.

In 1991, ICP claimed they had been visited by the Carnival Spirit, which ordered them to carry word of the impending apocalypse by touring the nation, spreading their message and releasing six "Joker Cards" with successive revelations of the final judgement. Having released 5 joker cards to date: "Carnival of Carnage" (1992), "The Ringmaster" (1993), "The Riddle Box' (1995), "The Great Milenko" (1997) and "The Amazing Jeckel Brothers" (1999), their rabid fans eagerly await the sixth card in the series and will have to count the days until its release.
