Inova Corporation, a provider of business intelligence solutions for contact center productivity, has announced the availability of Inova LightLink--Enterprise Edition, a distributed, real-time information platform providing performance management, activity monitoring and reporting, and data integration. LightLink was designed to instantly deliver critical information to everyone from agents to executives, presenting real-time performance metrics that help enable call center managers to improve the productivity of their workforce and provide an integrated picture of key business activity. LightLink helps drive call center optimization through three key areas of focus.
