ROUND ROCK, Texas -- The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced Innovus Designs Inc. as an International CES Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for the Hybrid Notebook Case. Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers and members of the trade press to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting-edge consumer electronics products.

The Eclipse Solar Gear Hybrid Notebook Case provides an integrated solar charging solution, an auxiliary battery, and an integrated thermal cooling solution. The auxiliary battery can supply extra power for a notebook computer or handheld devices including cell phones, MP3 players, iPods, GPS units or satellite radios. The Hybrid Notebook Case will soon be offered in different sizes and in different fabrications including aluminum and water-resistant molded designs.
