Innovative Dining Group, a Los Angeles-based restaurant group that operates Sushi Roku, BOA Steakhouse, Katana and Robata Bar, has promoted Brent Berkowitz to operations director, Tom Cardenas to vice president of operations and Christian Corben to operations director. It also has hired Darren Wightman as director of development/operations. Berkowitz was most recently general manager of BOA Steakhouse Santa Monica. Cardenas was director of operations of IDG. Corben was general manager of Katana. Wightman was operations manager of London-based Yo! Sushi chain.
