: IOSP IOSP Input Output Server Processor ) today has announced a new streamlined reporting structure for its rapidly expanding Performance Chemicals business. The new structure is part of the Company's strategy to grow and develop its business within its target specialty chemicals markets.

With immediate effect, the operating units that fall within Innospec's Performance Chemicals business will report directly to Paul Jennings Paul Jennings is the name of:
  • Paul Jennings (Australian author) (born 1943), Australian children's author
  • Paul Jennings (UK author) (1918–1989), UK humorist
 as Chief Executive Officer.

This new streamlined organisational reporting structure is expected to deliver increased shareholder value by improving focus and accountability within the different Performance Chemicals businesses. These include the aroma chemicals and personal care businesses.

Said Paul Jennings: "These changes reflect the growing importance of our Performance Chemicals business. Having simplified reporting lines within the company and a much more dynamic reporting structure, will improve the speed, decisiveness and quality of our decision-making in this area. It will also enable me to focus more directly on our growing Performance Chemicals businesses. This, in turn, will help us deliver on our strategy of driving growth and performance excellence within our chosen specialty chemicals markets."
