The symposium, titled "The Economics of Digitization: Toward Sustainability and Institutional Collaboration," is expected to attract more than 150 representatives from the leading libraries, museums, and historical societies in Chicago and the greater Midwest.

The symposium will take place on May 17th and 18th at the Newberry Library in Chicago and panelists will include representatives from the Newberry Library, the Chicago Historical Society, the University of Chicago Press The University of Chicago Press is the largest university press in the United States.
