Professor Asis Dutta, a former vice chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University The sprawling campus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय ) , heads the association. The congress sessions have been divided into 14 sections, including agriculture and forestry, animal, veterinary and fisheries, anthropology, chemical engineering, environmental, information communication and technology, mathematics, medical, new biology, physical and plant.
