RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 2000

. (Nasdaq OTC---INFC) today announced the County of Amelia, Virginia has awarded its wholly-owned subsidiary, InfraCorps of Virginia, the Amelia Courthouse Water System Phase I Contract valued at $1.28 million.

The company will install approximately 21,000 linear feet of four inch through 16 inch diameter water mains in Amelia County, including approximately 75 new water service connections, 35 fire hydrants, 5 road/railway borings, and three new well pumps and related piping.
