It provided the operating environment for managing a multi-vendor network. ), today announced the appointment of Infowave's Chief Financial Officer, George Reznik to the role of Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Prior to joining Infowave, Mr. Reznik was a member of the executive team for Pivotal Corporation, an enterprise customer relationship management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) software vendor, as Vice President, Corporate Finance, during a period of rapid corporate growth and global expansion. Mr. Reznik also previously led the corporate finance valuation practice for Deloitte & Touche and worked on numerous international corporate finance engagements during his twelve year career with Deloitte & Touche.

Effective immediately, Mr. Reznik will be in charge of day-to-day operations for the company. Mr. Reznik's expanded responsibilities include ultimate accountability for finance and administration, professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  including customer support and research and development. In his new position, Mr. Reznik will continue to report directly to Infowave's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and President, Jerry Meerkatz.

Infowave's new Vice President of Development, Paul Townsend, will work closely with Infowave's Advisory Board and its Advisory Board chairman, Sal Visca, to effectively execute research and development efforts for the Company. Mr. Townsend has extensive experience in managing development projects and most recently served as Infowave's Director of Development. His previous employment includes senior managerial positions at Altus Solutions, CrossKeys Systems Corporation, and MPR (MultiProtocol Router) Software from Novell that provides router capabilities for its NetWare servers. It supports IPX, IP, AppleTalk and OSI protocols as well as all the major LANs and WANs.  Teltech.
