), a leader in Web-document and collaboration technology, announced today that iMarkup, the Vista, California-based developer of workflow and task management software, will license its technology to IGC and provide integration development services to add workflow and e-forms functionality to ProjectDox(TM), IGC's project data management software solution.

The two companies will work together to expedite the integration of iMarkup technology. ProjectDox with integrated iMarkup workflow and forms is planned for mid-Q4 release. ProjectDox workflow will be a module option, priced separately.
