 IFCSF. ) Today, Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd. announced the resignation of two board members - Dr. Ross Henderson and Mr. Ron Burnell.

Dr. Ross Henderson

A Rhodes scholar, with an MBA and a Ph.D in Business, Dr. Ross Henderson taught business strategy courses at the University of Manitoba Location
The main Fort Garry campus is a complex on the Red River in south Winnipeg. It has an area of 2.74 square kilometres. More than 60 major buildings support the teaching and research programs of the university.
. Prior to his teaching career, Ross spent 18 years in the business community including a five year term as President of Damascus Steel Products in Manitoba. Regretfully, Ross is stepping down after two and a half years of dedication to Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd. Citing the fast pace of activity at the company, he is returning to retirement. Ross's knowledge and years of experience were invaluable to both the Board and to the Company.

Mr. Ron Burnell

One of the original five founding members, Mr. Ron Burnell is Vice President, Development at Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd. A graduate of Red River Community College, Ron has worked in the computer field for 16 years developing retail point-of-sale packages for hard goods and soft goods retailers. After ten years of service to the Board, Ron is stepping down to conform with the TSE guidelines concerning management participation on the Board. Ron continues to serve the Company and the shareholders in pursuing new challenges and opportunities in technology.

The Board now consists of seven members, of whom only two, the Chairman and President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , are part of management. The remaining members of the Board are Mr. Sherman Kreiner (representing Crocus Fund - 16 percent ownership); Mr. Steven Ward (representing IBM -16 percent ownership); and independent directors Mr. Donald McDonald (Toronto); Mr. Nick Curry (Winnipeg); and Mr. Edward Davies (Ottawa).
