Mr. Ron Burnell One of the original five founding members, Mr. Ron Burnell is Vice President, Development at Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd. A graduate of Red River Community College, Ron has worked in the computer field for 16 years developing retail point-of-sale packages for hard goods and soft goods retailers. After ten years of service to the Board, Ron is stepping down to conform with the TSE guidelines concerning management participation on the Board. Ron continues to serve the Company and the shareholders in pursuing new challenges and opportunities in technology. The Board now consists of seven members, of whom only two, the Chairman and President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
