InfoActiv, Inc. Announces Addition of Key Executives.

InfoActiv, Inc. today announced the appointments of two senior executives. William M. Walsh has accepted the position of Vice President Business Development and Jeffrey S. Currier was appointed InfoActiv's Director of Sales. "Both Mr. Walsh and Mr. Currier will head up organizations that are the key drivers to our plan to market our InfoActiv MessageFinder(TM) Unified Communications Service (UCS)," Samuel D. Cannavo, Chairman of the Board and CEO of InfoActiv stated.

Walsh joins InfoActiv from Unisys Corporation where he held leadership roles in marketing and business development in the Global Communications Organization. Prior to Unisys, Walsh was instrumental in leading the successful deployment and expansion of voice messaging services at NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon). Walsh was a founding member and director of the TeleMessaging Industry Association (TMIA - www.tmia.org). At InfoActiv, Walsh will have global responsibility for marketing and business development of the full suite of InfoActiv offerings.

Prior to joining InfoActiv, Mr. Currier was a Regional Sales Manager for the flagship division of Staples Communications, where he launched one of the most successful business-to-business sales programs in the computer telephony network industry. Currier's background also includes senior sales management responsibilities at Qwest Communications. Currier will build and execute the global sales and distribution plan for InfoActiv's MessageFinder UCS offering and other products.
