Inflow-Austin Announces First Quarter Successes; IDC Reports Substantial Increase in EBITDA and Customer Count.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2003

Inflow Inc., a leading provider of managed web application hosting and outsourced IT services, announced significant EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) A metric used to show a company's profitability, but not its cash flow. EBITDA became popular in the 1980s to show the potential profitability of leveraged buyouts, but has become  gains and other operating and fiscal milestones in first quarter by its Austin Internet Data Center (IDC).

Gains in Total Revenue & Customer Count

Inflow-Austin served 95 total customers at the end of first quarter, a 37.7% increase over the same period last year. New customers include Round Rock Express, Intercall (MSHOW), and The 401K Company.

More Than 700% Increase in EBITDA Over Same Period Last Year

 ("EBITDA") was approximately $0.38 million (EBITDA excludes corporate overhead not allocated to individual markets). First quarter EBITDA comprises a 713% increase over first quarter 2002.
