Infinite Networks Corporation Signs Agreement to Develop the Asian Market.

LAS VEGAS -- Infinite Networks Corporation (PINK SHEETS: INNX). Mr. John W. Bush, President announced today that the Company has signed a joint partner development agreement with Great American International Development Corporation, GAIDC.

Dr. Sonny Lee, Chairman of GAIDC executed the agreement with Infinite Networks Corporation that will provide for a working relationship to jointly develop the Asian market in promoting the Combustible Engine Technology. This agreement establishes GAIDC as Infinite's master agent to coordinate various types of business relationships throughout the Pacific Rim community of countries. This is the first agent agreement that Infinite has signed that provides for the joint development of this technology.

In an interview with Mr. Bush, President of Infinite he stated, "Dr. Lee's involvement over the past months with Infinite has made him a believer in the overall potential of this technology. Great American International Development Corporation is a solid partner, and has huge projects worldwide that can immediately take full advantage of the CET technology.
