Industry vet, James Quinn, takes team to Jones Lang LaSalle.

 office has hired James E Quinn, a leader in the corporate real estate services sector, who joins the firm as a managing director along with his six-person team of professionals.

The group, which specializes in corporate real estate services, includes Patrick Heeg, Gary Youm, Gladys Cabrera, Brian Crockett and Denise Rudert.

"Jim's track record of completing prominent assignments in New York and across the country demonstrates his ability to successfully conclude large, complex transactions for major corporations. Quinn has more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate services, including consulting, leasing and sales. Previously, he served as an executive vice president at Trammell Crow F. Trammell Crow (born June 11, 1914, in Dallas, Texas) is an American property developer who created several famous projects, including Dallas Market Center, Peachtree Center (Atlanta, Georgia), and San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.  Co. Earlier, he was an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Quinn has completed 30 million square feet of corporate real estate transactions for clients such as IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) ; Dow Jones Dow Jones

Patrick Heeg joins Jones Lang LaSalle as senior vice president. He has more than nine years of real estate brokerage and consulting experience.

Heeg has represented numerous companies in consulting, leasing and sales transactions including The Trump Organization, Brookfield Properties, Fidelity Investments and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York The Bank of New York, abbrieviated to BNY, was a global financial services company that existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1] The bank now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. . Heeg was formerly a senior vice president at Trammell Crow.

Attorney Gary Youm joins Jones Lang LaSalle as vice president. He is experienced in legal real estate consulting, financial consulting and account management. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Youm was a vice president at Trammell Crow. He is member of the New York State Bar Association The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), with about 72,000 members, is the largest voluntary association of lawyers in the United States. The NYSBA was founded in Albany on November 21 1876. New York lacks an integrated bar, and the NYSBA does not license lawyers in the state. .

The other members of the Quinn team are: Gladys Cabrera, transaction coordinator, whose responsibilities include project administration, quality control and best practices; Brian Crockett, associate, who assists the group with new business development, tenant representation and agency representation; and Denise Rudert, senior administrative assistant, who provides marketing and administrative support and serves as the team's coordinator.
