Screampoint LLC, a high-end 3D visual communication and digital asset management provider for real estate, announces a million-dollar investment by influential executives in the real estate industry. The company takes project information and using proprietary processes and technologies, transforms it into reusable three-dimensional (3D) digital assets for any industry, including a proven, cost-effective way for the real estate industry to visualize, communicate and manage critical project-life data.

Recognizing Screampoint's unique ability to illustrate as yet non-existent objects that can be digitally modeled with engineering-quality precision from real-life components, major real estate entrepreneurs invested in the already established and profitable company.

Screampoint constructs the project digitally using 3D-multimedia and component design software. This creates reusable digital assets that can be carried forward through all phases of an asset's planning, design, construction, operation and sales and marketing. The technology provides tremendous value in its ability to bring anyone and everyone on the project team onto the same single-data-source page, visually communicating the entire project to quickly generate design consensus, approvals, sales, leasing and facilities management decisions. Screampoint's proprietary process turns project sketches, drawings, photos or other media into integrated 3D component models or digital assets. These digital assets produce the appearance of the physical structure of a building, but link critical data such as costs, schedules, drawings and specifications in one centralized location.
