, USA has announced the launch of an Industrial Efficiency Alliance, a group formed to help Northwest industries adopt more energy-efficient business practices. Bob Helm Bob Helm (born July 18, 1914 in Fairmead, California, died 2003[1]) was a jazz clarinetist who is known for playing with Lu Watters and Turk Murphy. He is most associated with Dixieland music. He led at least one band, which was Bob Helm's Riverside Roustabouts. , PE., the Alliance's industrial sector senior manager, has been named to lead the effort. His support team includes seven energy management specialists who will assist industry representatives in achieving effective energy management goals.
